Most diagnostics are completed within an hour, but the duration may vary depending on the issue’s complexity.

What should I bring with my device for repairs?
Please bring the device, its power cables, and any accessories related to the issue (e.g., keyboard, mouse).
How much does a diagnostic cost?
We offer free in-store diagnostics to help you understand your device’s issue before proceeding with repairs.
Do you charge a drop-off fee?
No, there is no drop-off fee. You only pay if you decide to proceed with the repair.

Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all repairs & Builds. This warranty covers issues directly related to the service we provide, ensuring your device is repaired to the highest standards.
What is not covered under the warranty?
Parts Warranty: Any replacement parts used during the repair are covered under the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, not ours. If a part is found to be defective, we will assist you in returning it to the supplier, but the cost of the replacement part is not covered by us. Physical Damage or Misuse: Damage caused by drops, spills, or other mishandling after the repair is not covered. Fine Print: The 6-month warranty applies only to the labor and workmanship of the repair. Any issues with replacement parts must be addressed with the part manufacturer or supplier.
What happens if the issue returns after the repair?
You can bring your device back and we will continue to diagnose and troubleshoot.

We always aim to preserve your data. However, for certain repairs, data loss is possible. We recommend backing up your files before bringing in your device.
