Please read the following terms carefully. By signing this form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the conditions below and agree to be bound by them. Every customer must have a signed copy of this form on file before any work can be initiated.

By signing this document, you authorize THE COMPUTING GROUP to perform any and all actions deemed necessary to repair, service, or build your device. You understand that these services involve technical procedures that inherently carry certain risks, and you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   You acknowledge that the repair, service, or build process may involve unforeseen risks, including, but not limited to, data loss, component damage, or failure. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with these services.

2. Release of Liability:
   You hereby release and forever discharge THE COMPUTING GROUP, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profit, revenue, data, or other losses arising out of or in connection with the services provided, whether such damages are foreseeable or unforeseen.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee:
   All services provided by THE COMPUTING GROUP are performed on an “as is” basis, without any warranty—express or implied—regarding the outcome of the repair, service, or build process. No guarantee is made that the services will restore your device to its original condition.

4. Customer Responsibility:
   It is your sole responsibility to back up all data on your device prior to service. THE COMPUTING GROUP will not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or damage to components that may occur during the repair, testing, or at any other time.

5. Scope of Services:
   This agreement applies to all services provided by THE COMPUTING GROUP, including computer repairs, servicing, maintenance, and device builds. Any additional services or modifications not expressly agreed upon in writing are not covered by this release.

By signing below, you confirm that you have read and fully understand this agreement, voluntarily accept all associated risks, and agree that THE COMPUTING GROUP shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the services provided.
